Sailing in Peru
Nature Expeditions welcomes you to the fascinating world of yachting and offers you the unique opportunity to experience the Peruvian coast from a new perspective.
We are Peru’s first tourism operator pioneering yachting tourism in Peru. We offer you full-day sailing trips as well as a superb wildlife experience while sailing an entire week.
Sailing in Peru on board our fully equipped sail boat “Tifón” will become a real pleasure and unforgettable escape. Reach your dreams by sea and sail under the blue Peruvian summer sky passing by huge sea lion-, penguin- and marine bird colonies, viewing whales and dolphins while being guided by our field biologists and enjoying the Peruvian coast 
with the style and comfort you deserve.
Free your senses, listen to the sound of the waves, enjoy our superb Peruvian on-board cuisine and relax while being at the hands of our experienced staff and crew, which will anticipate your wishes and make sure that you can participate working as much or as less as you wish when sailing.
Seize the chance to live a unique experience
Our mono hull sailboat “Tifón” is a Frers 41 and counts with 2 cabins for two people each plus 2 additional beds for adults and 2 beds for children. It is fully equipped with kitchenette, freezer and refrigerator, and two showers. When not sailing it is propelled by a Volvo Penta Motor 50hp – sail drive.
Take a Full-day sailing trip at Ancon Port 
Program includes:
- Terrestrial transport: Lima to Ancon port (50 km)
- Sailing trip around Ancon Bay and to and around the Islands of Ancon
- Time at anchor for bathing, relaxing and lunch on board
- Return to port
- Return to Lima by private transportation

Our prime live aboard wildlife sailing trip (8 days/7 nights) 
Maximum group size: 6 adults (+2 children)
Program:
- Day 1: Road transport Lima-Pucusana port (70 km), Sailing trip Pucusana to Ásia Island
- Day 2: Ásia Island (watching sea lions, dolphins, penguins and marine birds – time to kayak, dive or snorkel)
- Day 3: Sailing trip Ásia Island to Bay of Paracas
- Day 4: Bay of Paracas – San Gallan Island (visiting the islands huge sea lion colony) – Bay of Paracas
- Day 5: Bay of Paracas – Ballestas Islands (visiting sea lion and bird colonies) – Chincha Islands – Bay of Paracas
- Day 6: Bay of Paracas – off-shore mailing at 35 miles of distance from shore to observe whales, dolphins and pelagic birds like Albatrosses, storm petrels, etc – Pucusana port
- Day 7: Pucusana port – Islands of Ancon
- Day 8: Islands of Ancon to Ancon port (noon-time), Road transport to Lima (50 km)
